5320 Loses a Leader
Past District Governor Vaughan Kelley passed away May 21, 2010 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Vaughan served District 5320 as District Governor in 1991-92 and was a long time member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Orange. Over the years, Vaughan served on a variety of District committee and was a mentor to many District Governors and leaders.
Upon his retirement from Chapman University a few years ago, Vaughan and his wife Diane moved to Beaumont where he became, once again, active in a local Rotary Club.
