Prior to retirement in 2008, Jim was an executive with The Irvine Company where he worked for 24 years, last holding the position of Senior Vice President Operations. Governor Elect Rae Shirer
The Law Office of Rae Shirer has operated in Orange since 1999 and represents a diverse group of businesses, both large and small. Rae is admitted to both the California and Federal bars and is licensed to practice in the United States Tax Court. She is past chair of the Orange County Bar Association Taxation Law Section and has served as Secretary to the California State Bar Income and Other Taxes Committee. More…
Governor Nominee Jim Paddock
Jim has been a 20-year member of the Rotary Club of Placentia. Since joining, he has been on the Board of directors for over half the time and served as President for the 2002-03 Rotary Year. He was the lead on the club’s centennial project that designed and built the first of several new city welcome signs on the major streets leading into the city. Currently, Jim is the club’s Vice President, awards chairman, and bulletin editor. At the district level, Jim has assisted on the awards committee for two years and chaired it one year. He is slated to be a Membership Area Coordinator for 2011-2012. More…
Governor Nominee Designate Kevin Padilla
Kevin became a Rotarian in 2003 when he joined the Rotary Club of Placentia. Within his first year, he became a member of the Board of Directors, and remained on the board until 2011, and he served as the Club President for the 2009-2010 Rotary Year. Kevin was instrumental in developing the club’s annual fund raising event, and assisted in the club achieving 100% Paul Harris status. He is currently on the newly formed Finance Committee. More…
