A Night to Remember: Rotary Starts an Exciting New Tradition

Events-News

On November 15, Rotarians from all over came together for a night filled with music, energy, and purpose. The Long Beach Symphony’s Iconic Voices of Change concert — celebrating the unforgettable songs of Prince, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, and more — became the perfect place to kick off a brand-new Rotary tradition in support of the Rotary Foundation.

From the moment people arrived, you could feel the excitement. Rotarians packed into Sections B and D, ready to enjoy the night with friends, family, and fellow members. Many brought their own food and drinks, turning the evening into a fun, relaxed Rotary party. There was laughter, sharing, and a strong feeling of togetherness everywhere you looked.

But the night wasn’t just about great music. Every ticket sold helped support the Rotary Foundation, so every person in the audience was also helping make the world a better place. It felt good knowing that just by showing up, everyone was part of something bigger.

Those who reserved early got to sit together, creating a big, cheerful group that really stood out. It was a wonderful reminder of what Rotary is all about — friendship, service, and caring for others.

As the last song faded away, one thing was clear: this wasn’t just another concert. It was a powerful celebration of community and the impact we can make when we come together. And this is only the beginning.

More plans are on the way for next year — and if this first night is any clue, this Rotary tradition is going to keep getting better!
